Welcome to britandbliss.com (the “Site”). brit&bliss and team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. When changes are made, we will post them in an announcement banner across the Site and here. Please read them carefully.

*By placing an order, you are telling me that you understand that I cannot guarantee your order to be 100% free of dog hair and that I try my best to make sure none gets into the packaging.

We require full payment of orders before they are fullfilled and shipped. We will contact you about any payment that has been declined so the payment details may be corrected.

Section 3: Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 4: Product Information

The Site attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, the Site does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from the Site that you receive isn’t described as shown on the Site, please contact us at btrevino@britandbliss.com so we can replace it or issue a refund. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

The service and all products and Services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any dispute relating to any activity on brit&bliss or the purchase of any brit&bliss products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Texas, USA, unless you have in some way threatened or violated brit&bliss’s intellectual property rights, whereby brit&bliss may seek an injunctive.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Intellectual property includes but is not limited to our business name, logo, product designs, copyrights and trademarks (whether registered or common law trademarks) and are all subject to corresponding property rights under the laws of any jurisdiction. All products are developed in whole by brit&bliss. brit&bliss owns all intellectual property rights in the products and company branding throughout the Site.
